"To achieve artistic excellence through capturing the imagination and passion of the group." With this objective, Neill Gladwin has worked in both the subsidised, commercial theatre and festival industries in Australia and internationally. In his freelance capacity, his work ranges from large-scale events (Olympic and Paralympic Ceremonies) to innovative theatrical styles of physical theatre, opera and Shakespearean adaptations. In his capacity as Artistic Director of two companies, he has created, and fostered many new works through artistic leadership.
